Maryline Suchley

Maryline grew up in the southwest of England and emigrated to New Zealand in 2001. She now resides on the outskirts of Christchurch, where she enjoys rural life and the outdoors. Having lived and worked in various locations around the world, she has developed a deep appreciation for diverse cultures and perspectives.

Maryline takes pride in her ability to connect and engage with a wide range of individuals, which she considers one of her key strengths. Open and honest communication is fundamental to her approach, guided by one of her personal mantras: “Treat others as I would like to be treated.” She also believes an important part of navigating conflict, particularly during employment dispute resolution, is embracing another of her favourite mantras: "How people treat you is thier karma, how you react is yours".
